And if it's not up to that standard, we'll put it right.

The Swanndri Standard

Our products are designed for life outdoors - for work, adventure and everyday use.

We expect our gear to be worn properly and put through its paces. In fact, we hope it is.

With regular use, all garments will naturally show signs of age and wear over time. Fair wear and tear is part of the life of a well-loved garment and is not covered by this guarantee.

What Is Covered

If a new Swanndri product develops a fault that results from:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Material defects

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the item.

Each claim is reviewed individually by our Customer Care team.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by animals
• Damage caused by chemicals or solvents
• Alterations or modifications
• Improper care or failure to follow care instructions
• Misuse or mishandling
• Items that have simply reached the end of their usable life

Normal ageing and the natural characteristics of fabrics and materials are not considered manufacturing faults.

How To Make A Claim

If you believe your Swanndri product has developed a manufacturing or material fault, please contact our Customer Care team.

Where possible, include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault

Our team will assess the claim and work with you to find a fair and practical solution.

A Word on Longevity

We believe the best gear is the gear you keep.

We encourage customers to care for their garments, follow the recommended care instructions and repair where practical. Extending the life of a product helps reduce waste and ensures more years of use from every garment.

Wear it well. Look after it. Put it to work.

Some Swanndri gear lasts for years. Some lasts for decades.

We've heard plenty of stories about bush shirts being handed down through generations - and we'd like to think that tradition will continue.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet legal requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
