We aim to make receiving your Swanndri order as simple and reliable as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will begin preparing your items for dispatch.

Free UK delivery over £100

Free standard delivery applies to UK orders over £100.

Tracked delivery with Royal Mail or DX

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail Standard, Royal Mail Express or DX for parcels weighing more than 2kg.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order.

During peak periods, promotions or seasonal sales, dispatch times may occasionally be longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £4.99.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery is typically fulfilled by Royal Mail.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is £6.99.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1-3 working days.

Express delivery is typically fulfilled by Royal Mail Express or DX, depending on parcel size, weight and destination.

For larger orders and parcels weighing more than 2kg, delivery may be fulfilled by DX.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and selected UK offshore locations.

Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than standard delivery estimates. This may include:

• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man
• Other remote locations serviced by specialist carriers

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

You can use these details to monitor the progress of your parcel directly with the delivery provider.

Delivery Restrictions

We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.

Orders cannot usually be amended once they have entered our fulfilment or dispatch process.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

International Delivery

The Swanndri UK website is intended primarily for customers within the United Kingdom.

Where international delivery is available, eligibility, delivery charges and estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or local fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
